Shipping and Store Policies
Shipping Policy
We offer free ground shipping in the continental USA for all items that are shipping eligible as noted on the item description. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday and arrive in 5-8 days. At this time, we can not ship outside of the continental USA or to P.O. boxes. Shipping times are estimated, and items may arrive later in some cases.
If your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and send us pictures of the damage within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged package.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property. If applicable, please check your mail room or front desk reception. You could also check with neighbors to see if they received the package on your behalf. If the package is still not found, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can start a trace with the carrier.
Pickup Policy
Some items are not eligible for shipping, as noted on the item description. These items are available for pickup in Homewood, AL. After your order is placed, you will receive an email to coordinate a pick up time.
Return Policy
All items are final sale- no refunds, exchanges or store credits.

Please note that all of the items we sale have lived a past life. Some wear consistent with the item's age should be expected, and colors may vary based on your computer monitor. We do our best to accurately describe all items and identify any areas that would significantly impact the wearability of a piece or impact the functionality of furniture or home accessories.
